How it works
Once you create a walima account, you're automatically enrolled in Rewards. You earn at least 1 point for every 1 SAR of food you buy. There are no limits. Seriously.
Order Food
Browse restaurants and place catering orders for your workplace events, meetings, or daily meals.
Earn Points
Automatically earn 1 point for every 1 SAR spent. Look for bonus point offers to earn up to 5X points.
Redeem Rewards
Use points as discounts on future orders or redeem for gift cards once you reach 2,500 points.

How to redeem points
You can redeem points in any quantity at any time as a discount on an order. Or, once you get up to 2,500 (or more) points, you can start redeeming your points for gift cards (250 SAR or more).
Points expire one year after your last walima order was fulfilled.
Redeem for Gift Cards
Select the Rewards tab within your account. You'll see your current balance. Select the box that says "Convert points to Gift Card" and you'll receive a redemption code.

Redeem for Order Discounts
Build your order as usual, then at checkout select "Use my Rewards points to pay for my order." Continue checking out. Your new order total will include a line item discount for Rewards.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't I see Rewards in my account?
If you can't access Rewards, it's likely because some employers don't allow us to offer them. Of course we respect their wishes and turn off the loyalty program in those cases. If you have questions about your Rewards account, please contact Customer Service and they will be happy to help.
When do my points expire?
Points expire one year after your last walima order was fulfilled. Keep ordering to maintain your points balance!
How many points do I earn per order?
You earn at least 1 point for every 1 SAR of food you buy. Some restaurants offer bonus points (up to 5X), so look for highlighted restaurants to maximize your earnings.
